The job stayed on budget — Angel absorbed additional costs rather than surprise the homeowner with change orders.

The homeowner received a finished two-tiered retaining wall built on a properly prepared base, with integrated steps that added both function and character to the space. The project was completed on time, on budget, and with zero surprise charges — including fill dirt, extra blocks, and tree stump removal.
